ProviderSoft is cloud-based physical therapy and early childhood solution designed for children with developmental disabilities. The solution features include payroll processing, client management, records management, administrative settings, billings & response files, and staffing & provider management among others.Client management functionality enables the user store and manages electronic records, track progress and meeting and log and track attendance among others. Records management feature allows the user to create documents, forms, and electronic session notes, custom templates and send and receive documentation and more.
The solutions integrations include municipality systems such as NYEIS, TKIDS, PROMISe, and more. With the reporting functionality, the user can create their revenue and financial reports such as Aging, billing, adjustment reasons and payments among others. The payroll processing functionality helps the user configure and create flexible pay rates calculations.
