What is ProWorkflow?

ProWorkflow is a web based project management software originally created in 2002 by a team who wanted to develop a solution that would facilitate its internal workflow and communication needs. It did not take long until other companies developed an interest in the solution, and by 2003, ProWorkflow was acquired by ProActive Software Limited.

Even though it originally offered as a download, today, ProWorkFlow software is mostly offered as SaaS.

ProWorkFlow was tailored for many different industries. It would work fine for web design companies and all freelance teams in creative fields such as multimedia and technology. Marketing teams will also enjoy using the platform to keep in touch with their freelancers and collaborate on projects. There are also government agencies and educational and health organizations that rely on this service to manage internal projects and tasks.

ProWorkflow offer two license pricing options; Professional and Advanced.
  • The Professional plan starts at $20 per month per user (No user limit) and $18 per month on annual billing.
  • The Advanced plan starts at $30 per month per user (Min 5 users) and $27 per month on annual billing.
The Professional plans come with 25GB of Filespace, Projects allowed, SSL security, Backups, ProWorkflow Mobile, etc. The Advanced plan comes with everything in Professional plus 50GB Filespace, Internal Projects, Internal Project Requests, Custom Fields, Custom Forms, etc.
