QueueMetrics is a call center software developed as a call center monitoring platform for controlling, measuring, and improving all facets of a call center. The embedded system monitor enables users to track hours worked, as well as agent productivity, conversion rates, ACD, sales targets, payroll, and IVR & music-on-hold events. Also, the software generates inbound & outbound campaign statistics for monitoring of processes in real-time.

The key features on QueueMetrics are live remote monitoring of calls, scheduled reporting, WebRTC softphone, and real-time wallboard mode. The software is a product of Loway SA, an information technology and services company with a workforce of about 10 employees. The company was founded in 2005 and is based in Stabio, Ticino, Switzerland.
