With this software, landlords can prescreen prospective tenants, allowing them to identify high-quality tenants by running background checks, criminal history and financial information. Also, landlords do not have to bother about handling maintenance requests as tenants can submit all maintenance requests via the software tenant app, and the software handles the requests and provides status updates.The software key features include rent collection, tenant & team communication, tenant screening, and maintenance coordination. RentRedi is a privately held company founded in 2016 by Ryan Barone. The company has about 11-50 employees with its headquarters in Manhattan, New York City, United States. RentRedi pricing includes a monthly subscription, 3-month subscription and an annual subscription. The monthly plan costs $19.95, the 3-month subscription goes for $15/month, and the annual subscription costs $9/month. All the plans include unlimited tenants, properties, units and team members. However, tenants incur payment processing for each payment made to the landlord. If ACH is used, the payment processing fee is $1.00, and for cards, 2.9% + $0.30.
