The software enables users to monitor, respond to, and analyze customers online reviews in real-time. In addition, the software analytics enables businesses to gauge their spot trends, KPI, and storefront at a glance.Some of the software key features are 24/7 review monitoring, customer sentiment analysis, performance measurement, and cumulative customer aggregation. The software is developed by ASG Technologies, a computer software company with a workforce of about 1,500 employees. The company was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Naples, Florida, United States.

Reputology pricing is based on three plans that are termed Professional, Agency, and Plan, and each is based on the number of users per month.The Professional plan is priced at $60 per seat per month. The plan allows a maximum of 3 seats, and it comes with 100 email review request per seat, 200 text messages at $10 per month, and basic white label.
The Agency plan is priced at $40 per seat per month. The plan allows a maximum of three seats, and it comes with extras such as premium while label, API access, and floating review carousel.
Lastly, the Partner plan is priced at $25 per seat per month. It allows a maximum of 100 seats per month and includes extras such as a Single Sign-on (SSO). Note that all three plans have access to analyze review from an unlimited number of sites.
