Resource Guru is a cloud-based project management and resource scheduling application designed for companies of all shapes and sizes. The solution core features include resource scheduling, resource management, reports and leave management and more. The resource scheduling module comprises of flexible bookings, team visibility and maximizing utilization among others.

It enables booking and rescheduling of resources through calendar feature with a drag-and-drop scheduling tool. The availability bar helps the user calculate the amount of free time that is available for employees, users and other resources.

The solution also helps the user highlight the specific projects and resources for picking and scanning. Resource management feature helps the user manage all their resources in a single, convenient place. It helps the user manage conference rooms, people, call lines among other resources and share it on one coordinated calendar.

The administrators can tailor their user access as per the requirements of each project. The real-time reports let the user offer the status information regarding the utilization of the resources as well as free capacity. The supported operating system(s) include Web browser (OS agnostic).
