Founded in 2003, RingCentral Office builds business phone systems based on cloud computing. Headquartered in California, RingCentral Office has provided cloud-based solution to more than 300,000 customers, globally.

Next, users are given an array of options for company phone numbers. Users can establish business area according to choice and transfer numbers based upon their value. Then, users can create profiles with diverse management options which include assigning of extensions, direct dial-ups; among others. Users can also create departments like sale, billing and support.

As a cloud based solution it can be easily configured to meet the varying requirements of a business in terms of extensions and number availability. Its features include call forwarding & hold, conference calling, as well as call screening & waiting to mention a few. There is a mobile app which allows remote users to connect with the business phone platform, and each extension supports up to three different devices. The product also supports a unified inbox of all messages with voicemail to email conversion as well.

In comparison RingCentral Office provides similar features in its VOIP solution but also supports video & web conferencing, internet faxing, as well as integration with employee personal devices. Additionally the product can be integrated with productivity applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, Google Drive and others.
