Roomtag provides a space management solution that covers the full layout of a given workplace so that facilities and office managers can understand current utilization and maximize it efficiently. Floor plans can be managed effectively as well as workplace sizes monitored and redesigned according to business requirements. There is also a Visual Directory for companies to assign employees their workspaces, as well as place office assets and equipments. The directory can also be accessed by employees based on their security roles to find co-workers, office locations as well as equipment necessary to complete jobs.

The software also lets companies plan office moves effectively. This is done by allowing importing of future office plans so that resources, assets & equipments can be properly allocated to their new locations.
