Saashr vs. Alternatives in 2023

Some of the main competitors for SaasHR are Cezanne HR and Orange HRM.

Cezanne HR is a cloud based human resources systems with a modular architecture. This means customers can choose the functions they need from employee recruitment, management and payroll services as well as time & attendance, training and performance management. It has a collaboration platform to improve employee engagement with self service portals as well. Additionally the product can be customized as per business requirements and has APIs for integration to third party applications.

SaasHR is also cloud based, but in addition to many of the core features provided in Cezanne HR it also offers workforce scheduling & skills assessment, employee benefits, travel & expense claims support, as well as workers compensation claims. The product is also mobile ready allowing employees to access their employment, attendance & pay details remotely.

Orange HRM on the other hand is available as both on premise and cloud based deployments and offers an open source version of its software as well. It also supports onboarding & offboarding protocols to manage the entry and exit of employees. Additionally there is a documentation system with a repository of HR templates that can be customized for use, with storage of employee & organizational policy information as well. Orange HRM also supports an employee complaints & disciplinary system.

While SaasHR does not provide most of these features it does include its own HR best practices content library which can be used for internal implementation. Additionally there is a marketplace for optional third party applications which can be integrated as per business needs.
