  • Growth- Costs $35 per user per month.

Salesflare Monthly Pricing Plans

Prices and Plans Compared

Salesflare has three tiers, with the entry-level plan costing $35 per user per month.

Unfortunately, this Growth tier does not support custom dashboards, workflows, or even user permissions. It also only includes 25 Email Finding credits. The Growth plan costs $29 per user per month at an annual contract.

Salesflare also offers mid-tier (Pro) and enterprise (Enterprise) plans for $49 and $99 per user per month, respectively. Pro includes all of Growth's missing features, as well as 500 email-finding credits. The Pro plan costs $49 per user per month with annual billing.

However, as per our research, you will want the Enterprise tier because it includes the white-glove customer support that you will most likely require. This includes training and, more importantly, data import, two of Salesflare's shortcomings. Unlimited Email Findings are included in the Enterprise plan. Furthermore, you will be assigned a dedicated account manager who will follow up on your CRM-related questions and needs. It also includes credits for unlimited email searches. The Enterprise plan does not offer monthly billing. It costs $99 per user per month at an annual billing up to 5 users.

Only at the Growth tier is Salesflare's pricing truly competitive. Although the Pro tier is adequate, other CRMs, including Insightly, provide more custom reporting and data migration features. Enterprise is the best Salesflare tier, but it lacks advanced analytics, flexible workflows, and integrated digital marketing, which Salesforce and Zoho CRM have.

Insightly is a direct competitor of Salesflare. In fact, Salesflare shares the same pricing scheme as its rival, but lacks many of its features.

Since Salesflare does not offer a free plan despite being at a higher price point; this could be a turn-off for many new customers. Zoho CRM which offers a free plan, allows you to create workflow rules that automatically update specific fields, send emails, or add tags when certain conditions are met. Complex workflows for multiple stages of the sales process are possible. Salesflare lacks this functionality.

Which Plan Is Right for You?

Salesflare, a customer relationship management (CRM) application, is designed for the same small-to-midsize business (SMB) audience segment.

Salesflare is designed to redefine how your business operations, including streamlining communications, monitoring customer interactions, and data migration capabilities. It includes features such as mass import and export, email marketing, and mobile compatibility. These characteristics make it ideal for any business with complicated business processes.

Salesflare is not appropriate for businesses that do little or no customer follow-up, particularly B2C businesses. It all comes down to communication, follow-up, and pipelines.

Choosing the right plan will ultimately depend on the nature and scale of the business, team size, and requirements.

Our Veredict

Overall, Salesflare does not stand at par with the other CRM apps in the market. Salesflare Enterprise costs roughly twice as much as Zoho CRM's top tier, but Zoho CRM has far more features. However, if you rely heavily on email for campaigns, Salesflare's built-in email marketing and Email Finder tools may come in handy.

If you're looking for a more general-purpose CRM with a broader range of configurable features, there are better options than Salesflare.
