Servant Keeper Cloud differs from the Local option mainly in remote access and the number of users.Servant Keeper Cloud features four plans: Small Church at $9.99/month, Level 1 at $29.99 monthly, Level 2 at $49.99 per month, and Level 3 at $99.99 per month. A one-time license fee of $299 for the Small Church and $599 for big churches. All plans have the available Cloud features but differ in the number of users each can admit.
Servant Keeper Local features two plans: the Standard plan with a one-time licensing fee of $599 and $50 per additional seat, and the Small Church plan with a one-time fee of $299, plus $50 per extra seat. The Small Church plan tracks up to fifty families, while Standard has unlimited tracking. A demo version is available for the Cloud plan.
