Main features and functionalities

The software offers SLA management for the delivery of request solutions within the defined resolution time. It allows setting of different escalation levels for SLA violations and prioritizing of requests. The software automatically converts support emails into requests and also maintains a log of requests.

ServiceWise features an interactive and customizable dashboard for all business processes with the facilities of dashboard report widgets, language settings, and drag-and-drop interface. Other important capabilities include user surveys, API integration, task and event management, auto-escalations, notifications, auto-routing, built-in reporting, and others.
