Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Is ShoreTel right for you or your business?
ShoreTel is a great fit if a small- to mid-sized company needs to provide on-site communications systems for their premises, as well as a dedicated cloud storage space for important data. In addition, their simple range of products is easy to choose from to decide the best fit for one company. On the other hand, CDW and Avaya serve larger industrial organizations and would better be suited to places that require complex software solutions for independent departments, along with a decent amount of accessories like wires, cables, modems to set the network in place.
