SimpleDesk is a help desk software that is fully ticket-based. It is capable of having a forum with full topic and back function. The forum can be shut down and the setting changed to standalone mode. It is downloadable for free online and is highly customizable, which makes it a great support for various organizations. Required operating systems are new Windows versions including Me, 98, 2000, NT and XP.

SimpleDesk was developed by three programmers from Simple Machines Forum (SMF) in 2009. Its main objective is to serve as standard style of coding for SMF mods. SMF is an application for free online forum. The need to develop helpdesk software was based upon requests from the forum community.
