TalentLMS Monthly Pricing Plans

Prices and Plans Compared

The Free Plan of TalentLMS offers just the ability to create up to 10 courses and for just 5 users. For the paid plans, the Standard Starter plan and the Starter Active Plan have the same features, with the only difference being that the Standard Starter Plan only allows 10 users. In comparison, Starter Active allows up to 40 active users with the ability to add an additional user for $4 per user paid monthly.

The Standard Basic Plan and the Basic Active Plan are similar in features, but just like the Starter Active and Standard Starter Plans, they differ in the number of users. The Standard Basic Plan allows 20 to 100 users, while the Basic Active Plan allows only 100 active users with the ability to add extra users for $4 per user paid monthly.

The Starter and Basic plans are different because Single Sign-On support, Custom domain + SSL, and  1 Branch features are available but missing in the Starter Plans. The Branch feature allows businesses with various departments to create independent training portals to serve different teams, departments, or training audiences.

Like the Basic Plans, Standard Plus Plan and Active Plan have the same features. The Standard Plus Plan allows 50 to 500 users, and the Active Plus Plan allows up to 250 active users with the option to add extra users for $3 per user paid monthly.

However, the difference between the Basic Plans and the Plus Plans is that a Custom reports feature was added while the Branches businesses on these plans can operate is increased to 3.

Lastly, the Standard and Active Premium plans are geared toward services offered by TalentLMS. For example, these plans offer priority email support, Custom Mobile App, a Success Manager, and up to 15 Branches.

The Standard Premium Plan allows 400 to 1000 users, while the Active Premium Plan allows up to 500 active users with the option of adding an extra active user at $2 per active user paid monthly.

Note: The difference between the Standard plans and Active plans is that businesses have a fixed number of allowed users per plan in Standard plans. They can choose to delete inactive users to make space for new users. While in Active Plans, even though a fixed number of users is applied, businesses do not necessarily have to delete any user. They can pay an additional fee to add an extra user.
