The platform uses interactive voice response (IVR), automatic call distribution (ACD), as well as skills-based routing to route callers to an agent who tackles their needs based on available tailored data.

Talkdesk software is a product of Talkdesk Company established in 2011 in the US. The key features of Talkdesk software include Blended Call Center, Call Logging, Call recording, Call Scripting, Escalation Management, and Inbound Call Center among others.

Talkdesk enables the agent to customize the conversation as it displays the image of the caller, their names, purchase history, contact info in real time on the agent browser. The software platform can integrate with multiple programs such as Salesforce, Desk.com, InfusionSoft, Shopify and Zendesk.
