  • Advanced Reporting System: With the reporting system on TCMax, users can automatically generate reports on lost items, broken inventory items, least-used items, etc., based on data collected. Also, users can generate custom reports and access over 100 built-in reports.
  • Asset Status Tracking: TCMax helps users track lost items, or items beyond repair, broken, or out on long-term assignments, track personnel or users responsible for damaged items, enforce routine inspections/calibrations, and track inventory quantities to check for reorders.
  • Data Visualization: With TCMax, businesses can access information on login activity, most used items, and more, maximize presentation impact, and identify trends in company workflow with the data visualization tool, which offers over 25 types of charts, and allows visualizer snapshot capturing and exportation.
  • Status Trackers: With this feature, users can leverage a live feed of the current operational status of their organizations, set warning levels, and receive alerts when those levels are reached. Over 30 built-in status Trackers on information like broken items, the total dollar amount of materials used over a period, and items in need of inspection, are available on TCMax.
