TeamGantt pricing: How much does it cost in 2024?
TeamGantt offers three pricing plans for its users namely: Lite, Pro, and Enterprise. The cost of each plan is
-
Lite: The cost of the Lite plan is around $24 per user per month. But if users pay annually, the Lite plan costs around $19 per user per month.
-
Pro: The cost of the Pro plan is around $59 per user per month. But if users pay annually, the Pro plan costs around $49 per user per month.
-
Enterprise: The cost of the Enterprise plan is around $99 per user per month regardless of if users select the annual payment option or monthly.
Prices and Plans Compared
The Lite plan allows 5 projects per manager along with each manager having the liberty to have 5 collaborators. The Lite plan is for organizations or users that have multiple managers but most of the team is more of a collaborator or viewer on the project. Even though the Lite plan allows core Gantt features, integrations, and calendars, it does not allow users time tracking, workloads, and portfolio management. These are essential project management features that are not offered in the Lite plan of Team Gantt.
The Pro plan allows up to 20 projects per manager with unlimited collaborators. It allows users to time tracking, portfolio management, baselines, and workloads. The Pro plan is fit for users that have 20 projects to manage. Since there is no limit for collaborators, the Pro plan can be opted for by large organizations as well. Although the Pro plan offers priority support, it does not give any Uptime SLA.
The Enterprise plan allows unlimited tasks, unlimited projects, and unlimited collaborators. Whether you are a large organization or a small one, the Enterprise plan makes it easier to manage complete teams. However, it does offer Uptime SLA, which is a much-needed feature for larger project teams. The system will not be down for a longer time within a month.
Compared to its competitors such as Asana, TeamGantt does not allow any requirement and issues management. Even though the cost of Asana is lesser than TeamGantt, the features and support along with no user limitation of Asana are worth consideration. Moreover, TeamGantt does not offer multiple reporting, which again is a drawback when compared to competitors like Jira and Asana.
Which Plan Is Right for You?
TeamGantt is ideal for those organizations that have multiple projects managed by a limited number of managers along with multiple collaborators on each project. TeamGantt makes it easier for your team to collaborate on larger projects, without having to pay any additional amount for collaborators.
TeamGantt offers task-level time tracking, which ensures that Gantt charts and reports generated involve even the tiniest of details. The tools like Trello do not offer such small-scale time tracking, which again gives TeamGantt an advantage.
However, if compared to other project management tools based on cost, the price of TeamGantt is higher, but since each manager-user can have unlimited collaborators (Pro & Enterprise plan), TeamGantt can turn out to be an affordable option.
