- Teleconferences & Video Conference Calls: End-users are offered multiple conferencing solutions with this feature. Users can also communicate directly through VoIP for business calls or start a video conference, depending on their hardware requirements.
- Meeting Roles: This feature enables participants in an online meeting to have different roles with different authorizations. An example is that organizers have the right to expel participants from online meetings or VoIP calls.

The Single-user comes with features such as Access & Control Computers Remotely, Custom Branding, Secure Unattended Access, Remote printing for Mac & Windows on any printer, File Sharing, etc. The Multi-user comes with everything in Single-user, including Cross-Device Access to Desktops, User & Device Management Console, User Access Reporting, etc. Teams come with everything in Multi-user, including Mass Deployment and Device Access Reporting.
