The software offers comprehensive case management capabilities including a list of funding sources to select from, identification of active and inactive consumer, universal client identifier (UCI), consumer contact information, consumer appoint scheduling, support for multiple languages, note management, active authorizations, and custom reporting. Assistance is offered to schedule an appointment with the appropriate staff for rendering therapy services to the consumer. Before scheduling, it also checks the availability for both the consumer and the staff.
