TimeForce was developed to provide technological assistance to companies having 50-2000 employees working under it. It targets small, medium and large scale industries. Till date, TimeForce has helped about 63,000 businesses, globally.

Main features and functionalities

TimeForce is a Time and Attendance System that enables users to collect and organise employee time, accurately. The system works on a threefold basis where users first collect time then Manage Time and then Process Time.

TimeForce offers a variety of Time Clocks where users can collect time, easily. The time collection methods get easily compatible with TimeForce where users can manage self-service, job costing and can also do advanced scheduling.

When the time has been managed, user can process the said time for payroll processes and can then export to either third party or other dependable payroll software.

Pros

• TimeForce removes manual process like time sheet calculations, overtime, shift differentials and thus improves employee productivity.
• With Advanced Scheduling features, TimeForce reduces the time consumption needed for scheduling employees manually.
• The software enables users to customise user security rights. This enables them to create, modify the already existing right that brings in flexibility to customise the work efficiently.
• TimeForce automatically spots and eliminates time abuses like breaks, meals time and other unproductive hours. The Time Card system makes this work easily available at single screen.
• The Reporting feature is well dealt with. The users can find number of essential reports already available on its web interface. This makes it quite useful as navigation becomes easy.

Cons

• Installation of Card Reader system is difficult. Users will first have to install third party software along with TimeForce software to make Card Reader compatible.
• The Scheduling System inside the web interface is not efficient in practice. This system needs Qqest Training documentation and is not very easily navigable.
• All the options are available at once so it becomes cumbersome to deal with them. The system can have a more simper look for easy processing.
• Users will need Microsoft SQL Server product in order to install TimeForce on localised basis. This cost of this software might run as a negative for its high price.
• Software upgradation is a not a seamless job. Users might encounter bugs which may ruin the work process to a great level.
