Timely is a scheduling software which was designed for businesses big and small. Not only does it schedule appointments, it also has performance reports based on the set schedules. It was designed to make it easy to schedule appointments, and create the reports based on the set schedules. Users are given an at-a-glance view of financial and staff performance. Clients can be anywhere in the world when do their bookings. To accommodate this feature, the system also has Spanish and Russian language support. Timely is based on the cloud, and allows client online access to set their own appointments. It has a proprietary Customer Management System which is integrated with the appointment scheduler. With the CMS, it can send out emails to clients, send automated appointment reminders, view staff bookings and associated paper work, including client and staff payments. The rich features of the appointment scheduler allow clients to call via Skype for an appointment. The integrated CMS affords an easy access for users and admin to perform admin functions. Running on the cloud, Timely works on different platforms including MacOS, iPhone, iPad, web and Android.What is the actual cost?
Timely pricing is based on three subscription plans, namely Build, Elevate, and Innovate. A free trial is available. The following pricing details are based on a one-user Just Me model. Pricing differs according to the number of bookable staff, and there are plans for two, three, four, through to 20+ bookable staff.Build pricing starts at $20 per month, covering 100 SMS, basic automated marketing, online booking, appointment calendars, etc. Elevate pricing begins at $30 per month, covering 200 SMS and everything in Build plus wait-list, integrated consultation fees, documents & photos, etc. Innovate pricing starts at $35 per month, covering 300 SMS and everything in Elevate plus a Google Tag Manager, staff targets, etc.
