TimeSuite Toolbox is an accounting software with project management and estimating features that can help organizations to grow by providing them the required infrastructure. The suite is feature rich and comes with a user friendly interface. Users can expect to get a complete control over human resource costs once the software is installed.

The developers of TimeSuite started working on the accounting software back in 1994. The software is specifically designed to help organizations with their accounting and business information needs. The offer one of the few accounting software applications that follows normalized relational architecture rules.

Its relational transaction database type architecture offers flexibility and can grow as your company grows. Main features and functionalities

TimeSuite Toolbox comes with some great features like payroll management, inventory management, estimating, general ledger, job cost, customizable grids and entry screens, archive requirements, automated audit trail, SQL database and financial reporting. All the information are posted in real time. The entry screen can be customized by users and users can turn on/off fields, order entry fields to minimize training and data entry time and remove features that are not needed. All the data are archived and can be accessed easily by users.

The automated audit trail feature will help users to edit transactions and make corrections as they want. The original transaction will remain unchanged in the database which means user can check them later if needed. The software use an SQL database which means users don’t have to face any archiving or purging limitations. The financial reporting part offers automated over/under billings, automated accrued wages, full summary of contracts, over/under allocation of indirect costs, accommodates DCAA audits and extensive burdening capabilities.
