Ultriva Lean Execution vs. Alternatives in 2023

The major competitors for Ultriva Lean Execution Suite are Synchrono and Jade.

Synchrono is designed for demand driven manufacturing processes for complex requirements. It incorporates Lean Manufacturing methods to integrate materials & resources to optimize production and reduce inventory management costs. Additionally the product supports workflow automation and includes planning & scheduling tools to improve inventory replenishment strategies, with a visual factory information system to monitor the production process and ensure KPIs and quality management indicators are being met.

Ultriva Lean Execution Suite also provides a similar demand driven manufacturing solution. However it includes a collaboration platform to interact and measure customer demand requirements to ensure order deliveries are met, as well as engage with suppliers for materials procurement & replenishment. It also has a lean factory management module to control the shop floor to ensure the production process synchronizes with both customer demand and supplier deliveries.

Jade on the other hand adopts many of the same features but also provides a prototyping option for design analysis to help improve production processes. Additionally it supports just-in-time manufacturing with six sigma quality methods unlike Ultriva Lean Execution Suite to improve production scheduling, inventory management and delivery timeframes. The product also supports flexible production scheduling which can be changed based on customer demand requirements.

Ultriva Lean Execution does not support all of these features but does support integration with many leading enterprise applications. Additionally it includes the Kanban system for pull manufacturing with workflow automation to monitor both the supply chain and production processes.
