Upkeep software is an integrated cloud-based computerized maintenance management solution modeled to offer businesses functionalities that help them to manage assets and facilities. The core features of UpKeep software include Audit management, Inventory Management, Maintenance Management, Work orders, and PM Scheduling among others.

UpKeep software is a product of UpKeep Technologies found in the US and established in 2014. It enables the users to view tasks overview page which shows them all upcoming tasks together with their due dates, assets, and workers assigned to every task. UpKeep software can be accessed through laptops, desktops, smartphones, and tablets.

It is ideal for use in maintenance departments with various field technicians. UpKeep supports Windows, Mac OS, AIX, Solaris, Linux, HP-UX, Web browser (OS agnostic), Unix, and IBM OS/400 operating systems.
