AgileAssets was founded in 1994 in response to the demand from public agencies seeking better software solutions for their infrastructure asset management needs. Since then, the company has grown to become a leading global provider of integrated infrastructure asset management software solutions. Dr. W.R. Hudson, an expert in the field of pavement management since 1965, was one of the founders of AgileAssets Inc. His extensive experience in pavement management, evaluation, and design was the backbone of Texas Research and Development Incorporated (TRDI), established in 1994 as an affiliate of Texas Research and Development Foundation(TRDF). As a high technology, multidisciplinary organization, TRDI incorporated the expertise of industry leaders that included Dr. Hudson, Dr. Paul Irick, Dr. Virgil Anderson, Dr. John Zaniewski, Fred Finn, Dr. Gary Hicks, Dr. Tonya Scheinberg and Len Moser.
