Mark Ramsay started managing tasks on a spreadsheet (sounds familiar)? His job was getting stressful and alignment between client and resources became more tenuous juggling the activity and goals of many small design and construction projects. Peer program managers observed the spreadsheet’s efficiency and asked for copies. Moving forward in time, the name Program Leader was trademarked, Mark rewrote the solution three years ago using Filemaker Pro® software and used it privately. He improved his programming capability and became certified in software testing. Since then, 75% of the code has been redesigned and rewritten to expand functions, improve usability and reliability, render it deployable, and to make it easier to maintain.
