Our project management software, Priority Task Scheduling, uses Task Integrated Estimate Scheduling to write two week revolving schedules for each individual field worker with the click of a mouse that are tied directly to the estimate that you built with your existing estimating software. The Priority Task Scheduling program is cloud based software that can be accessed by most devices anywhere and internet connection is available. Once the data is imported from your estimating system into our project management software, you simply provide your field supervisor with a tablet or laptop computer and they can start writing accurate two week revolving schedules for each crew member that are tied directly to the estimate labor budget. Our software will provide daily detailed reports that will tell you dollar for dollar how your crews are performing in relation to the actual budget.
