Customers have been using our product line since 1983. The company has changed ownership only a couple of times. In 2002 the old company was done away with and a whole new company and product line was started. Of course, we didn't leave any of our customers stranded and alone. A transition from the DOS database to the MedLook database was top priority. Fagerman Technologies is family owned and operated. We do everything from Somerville, AL - write, sell, and support our products. We make every effort to provide prompt customer support (even for those choosing not to purchase support) and timely fixes and enhancements to the software. Our company remains competitive by offering an excellent, intuitive product driven by our customers needs. We pro-actively engage our customers, particularly new customers, as the means to improve our offerings. By remaining a small company we can respond more quickly to an individual customers needs without driving our product price out of reach of many of our customers.
