Peter has worked within the international financial technology services sector since 1994 and has extensive experience founding, managing and growing companies from inception through to multi-million pound international businesses. He was the founder and owner of Bishop Cavanagh, an international core banking systems consultancy and BC Direct, an international financial technology recruitment firm. Peter was responsible for the initial in-sourcing idea and for taking the initial concept through solution design to go live status with the help of his team. He wears many hats whilst the company grows and expands its operations and presence.
