Newton is the brainchild of recruiting professionals who launched the product in 2009 after becoming frustrated with existing applicant tracking systems. Our mission has always been to improve recruiting. Having run corporate recruiting programs for over 15 years using paper resumes, email, spreadsheets and legacy software, we wanted to leverage our knowledge and experience to provide small and medium-sized employers an easy-to-use, flexible platform that works great and is enjoyable to use every day.
