What is Voiptime Cloud?

Our story started back in 2010 with the great desire to make a significant contribution to the fast-growing contact center market. After a thorny path of trials and errors, we released our first innovative solution for inbound calls that include all necessary features for receiving and processing calls. Since that time, by gaining valuable experience and constant improvement, we have created several different products and become the top experts in IP telephony and contact center solutions. We launched a successful contact center software that passed three versions and became highly popular in the CIS market. Currently, by using our experience as experts in telecommunication, we are working on the product for international market in order to help small and medium-sized businesses to process leads more effectively and automate communication with customers. From the time of the first release of our VoiptimeCloud on December 2016, we have significantly developed the solution for telephone sales and now we have 4 plans for any kinds of needs and requirements. In 2017, our hard-work and tremendous efforts were rewarded with Rising Star and Great User Experience awards by well-known software solutions reviewer FinancesOnline.
