What is Voyager Performance?

Voyager Performance Management is Software as a Service (SaaS) software solution designed to move with employees as they go through their employment lifecycle. Voyager helps both the managers and employees to view and gauge their performance at each stage of the appraisal process.

It gives the user the capabilities to create, track document the employee goals. Voyager performance management inspires an open and collaborative process within the organization since each stage of the appraisals is completed as planned and in full disclosure.

It is a product of Hirease founded in 2002, and its headquarters in North Carolina but was acquired by Accurate Background in December 2014. It supports Web browser (OS agnostic), Mac OS, and Linux operating systems. After the acquisition, the software was upgraded to include an employee background check feature.

The software solution offers personalized performance appraisal, training updates, quick links to notes, memos, and a custom built website portal. It also helps the managers to get notifications on pending goals or any notes requiring approval. Its features include Pay as you go packages with no monthly fees, Speedy turnaround times and Compliant FCRA, state, and local regulation experts.
