Web+Center comes with asset management, help desk, email notifications, knowledge base, project management, case scheduling and customer management tools features. The project management tool comes with cost projects, case management and notification features.

The optional A/D customer login method can allow multiple customers to login and also offers integrated Active Directory logins. The customer management tool comes with logged notes, user categories, additional fields and searchable contact/customer database. The reporting feature offers a wide range of reports including time accounting management and effective cases. Other notable features are MS Access support, file attachments, FAQ articles creating and various case scheduling.
