It can also operate within the Microsoft applications of MS Word and MS Excel. The software is very easy to use, has a simple and interactive Graphic User Interface (GUI).

There are also options to export data from WinCalendar to other software and applications like Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets, and more. In addition, the software also allows the export of data within the calendar to be exported out as other formats like CSV and Word DOCX, PDF, and many other formats are also available.
