WorkBright vs. Alternatives in 2023

Workbright competes with some of the best HR and Applicant tracking software in the industry. Some of them include Bamboo HR, Workday, JobDiva.
  • Functionality: When comparing their functions, all these software are known for their onboarding capabilities like Monitor Hiring Progress, Report & Export Data, Transfer Information, Make Adjustments in Mass, etc. However, JobDiva specializes more in recruitment, while Bamboo HR and Workday are Human Relations software. Workbright is a Human Relations software as well as a recruiting system.
  • Customer/Industry: Workbright, BambooHR, and JobDiva suit small and midsize businesses ranging from 1-1000 workers. However, if the company is a large enterprise with over 1000 workforce, it is advisable to use Workday. In terms of industry, Workbright targets Camps Onboarding, In-Home Care Onboarding, Staffing Agency Onboarding, Construction Onboarding, and Manufacturing Onboarding.
  • Cost: Neither JobDiva nor Workday provides its pricing information or has a Free trial. However, according to researchers, Workbrights cost rating is 1/5 (1 indicates low cost while 5 indicates high-cost), making it low-cost compared to its competitors. Workbright and BambooHR have free trials. Workbright charges $158/month for a maximum of 100 people and $3609 for a 5000+ workforce. Whereas, BambooHR charges per employee. It has an Essentials plan of $4.95/month and an Advantage plan of $8.25/month.
  • Cloud-Based/On-premise: As well as its competitors, Workbright is a Cloud-based onboarding and Applicant tracking software.
  • Support: Compared to its competitors, BambooHR does not have a 24/7 live rep, Workday does not have a FAQ/Forum, whereas, Workbright has neither. However, JobDiva has all these features and a Knowledge base, phone support, chat, and email/Help Desk, which all other software also has.
