Unless you are a small business with few employees handling various tasks and complex needs (like the AI-enabled team scheduling), we do not think Workfront will be a good fit.

Even though Workfront has additional fees in the form of add-ons, some of its competitors also have paid add-ons. For example, Wrike has add-ons like Wrike Market Insights, Wrike Integrate, Wrike Lock, and others. Jira Software has Atlassian Access which is a security add-on.
However, the fees for these add-ons are not made public by these project management systems.
For features, Workfront has more features than its alternatives when compared plan by plan. Some features available on the starting plan of Workfront but missing in its competitors are the Request queues with auto-routing, AI-enabled team scheduling, and a few others.
