WOW! On the Web vs. Alternatives in 2024

Some of the key competitors for Wow on the Web PM are Planon Accelerator Maintenance Management and Archibus Building Operations.

Planon Accelerator Maintenance Management supports reactive & planned maintenance requirements, health & safety inspections, as well as management of service staff & contractors. There is also an option to track material & maintenance costs, with planning to ensure servicing & facilities management are done on a regular basis. The product is also offered as a hosted and cloud based solution with mobile device support as well.

Wow on the Web PM on the other hand also addresses facility management but provides resident portals to log service & maintenance requests. The product also provides technician scheduling & work order tracking like Planon Accelerator Maintenance Management, and tracks resident & building insurance requirements to ensure appropriate coverage for both minor & major maintenance problems.

Then there is Archibus Building Operations which provides many of the same features as Wow on the Web PM as a web-enabled application. However it also includes a risk assessment module that prioritizes service & maintenance requirements based on historical analysis, urgency and financial feasibility. There is also a call center to centralize work order registration and tracking to improve response & escalation procedures, with service level agreements for maintenance provision.

Wow on the Web PM does not include these features currently, but does provide a proactive alerting system for residents via email & SMS to advise on work order status as well as general facility maintenance schedules.
