Skype Business is also VoIP software for all business types and size with the same price range with XMission. When it comes to features, Skype Business and XMission both offer phone system solutions. However, Skype can conduct real-time video calls whereas XMission is only focused on phone calls. Though XMission can also conduct conference meeting like Skype, file sharing is not available with XMission.

XMission has the ability to process voice emails, a function Skype lacks. Both have excellent customer reviews online. Though Skype is popular and basically free, it is not widely used for customer management, unlike XMission. ReadyTalk pricing and customer size (small to large businesses) are the same with XMission.

ReadyTalk supports both audio and video whereas XMission is only available for audio. Some features ReadyTalk has which XMission lacks are split screen sharing, file sharing, and conducting webinars. However, ReadyTalk has no feature to make unlimited outbound local calls, unlike XMission. ReadyTalk and XMission have both exemplary vendor reputation online but XMission can give more customer engagement functions than ReadyTalk which is more suitable for office interactions.
