Zoho Bug Tracker on the other hand supports the KanBan system to view visually the status of bug resolution on all outstanding issues. Additionally there are dashboards to show in real-time, problem resolution times on outstanding issues. The product also supports collaboration through forums for shared discussions on issues, and includes GitHub for software version control.

Then there is Bugtrack.com which combines bug tracking with resolution case details & test case analysis as well. The product also supports collaboration for information & files sharing, and includes integration to Dropbox for online documentation storage.
