Zoho CRM Monthly Pricing Plans

Prices and Plans Compared

Each plan for Zoho CRM is priced according to the features it offers, however, overall Zoho CRM is not a cheap solution.

For example, the Standard plan at $14 offers only basic features such as contact, leads, deals, and account management. The Professional plan at $23 offers similar features only with the addition SalesSignals and Macros which enables pre-definite automation.

Then there is a big jump from the first two plans to the third and fourth plans. The Enterprise plan at $40 and the Ultimate plan at $52 respectively offer many more features such as email parsers, portals, data entry wizards, custom SalesSignals, data encryption, reporting hierarchy, IP address restriction, and territory management.

In terms of pricing, the first two plans- Standard and Professional offer limited features at a high price. On the other hand, the Enterprise and Ultimate plans offer similar features at a marginal cost difference. We think the Professional plan offers the best value in terms of features and cost.

Zoho CRM also offers a free forever plan that can accommodate up to 3 users.

HubSpot Sales Hub is the closest competitor to Zoho CRM. It offers similar features at a much lower price of $25 per user per month. While Zoho CRM does not have any paid add-ons, HubSpot Sales Hub offers additional features for each plan at a cost.
