Zoho projects offer three pricing plans for its users: Free, Premium, and Enterprise. The cost of each pricing plan is:

Prices and Plans Compared
The Free plan allows users to manage two projects with limited storage space. The users can create as many tasks as required with basic tasks and issue reports. The Free plan does not allow users to determine resource utilization and sub-task creation. Resource utilization is an important feature of project management, which makes it hard to understand the resource engagement on the project.
The Premium plan offers users 100GB of storage along with unlimited projects. However, there are only 20 project templates to choose from. The Premium plan makes it easier for the users to get various reports such as project budget reports and resource utilization reports. The users can even generate Gantt charts if needed. Although the Premium plan is feature-rich, it does not allow users to determine inter-project dependency and create custom rules and roles.
The Enterprise plan does not have any limitations. The users get to access 30 project templates; create rules and have 120 GB of storage for project data. In addition, the users can benefit from task workflows and task layout rules for their projects through the Enterprise plan.
As compared to its competitors such as Asana, the cost of Zoho projects is less. However, Asana allows integration with third-party applications. Zoho does not allow users third-party integrations even on the Enterprise plan. Users can downgrade and upgrade from any of the pricing plans on Zoho projects without any additional payments. However, the free plan has one limitation on the number of projects, which is not in the case of competitors such as Asana.
Zoho projects make it easier for the teams to manage their task workflows and customize them accordingly, which further makes Zoho projects a great fit for many organizations.
