Fusion Accounts is a cloud-based core accounting software designed to provide business owners, bookkeepers, and accountants with real-time access to financial data. The software comes with features such as:- Financials: This feature comes with sub-features such as bank reconciliation, bank transfers, nominal/general ledger, management reporting, drillable reporting, trial balance, profit & loss, and balance sheet.
- Anytime, Anywhere Access: End-users can get instant visibility of their financial position. They also can access their accounts and perform transactions from any location. They can also receive real-time, pro-active advice from your accountant/bookkeeper.
- Business management: This feature enables fleet managers to keep track of all their products/services, basic stock control, record general & customer receipts, record general & supplier payments, and run reports on their sales and products.
- Multi-User Access: With this feature, multiple users can access Fusion simultaneously ensuring the right person to do the right job. Each user can set specific user roles.
- Customers & Suppliers Management: End-users can locate contact details quickly, see who owes them money and when it is due (Aged Debtors). They can also see who they owe money to and when it is to be paid (Aged Creditors). They can also generate professional quotations and invoices, create credit notes, and run reports on their customers and suppliers.
