Two noteworthy competitors of LiveChat are SysAid IT Pro and SmartSupport. SysAid IT Pro offers similar core features when compared to LiveChat, although some degree of difference does exist. For instance, SysAid Pro offers some additional core features such as remote control access, asset management, scheduling, and self service portal.
