Accelo PSA Monthly Pricing Plans

Prices and Plans Compared

Accelo has two pricing plans with each plan offering a ton of features at a decent cost. Accelo offers a free trial for 14 days. All plans require a minimum of 5 users.

Plus gives you access to client and contact databases, tasks and checklists, client activity feed, timesheets and timers, task, email, and calendar sync, and custom fields.

Premium gives you access to all the features found in the Plus version. Additional features are scheduling and resource management, rules and triggers, templates and approvals, custom statuses and workflows, client portal, branded workspace, divisions, materials and expenses, and enhanced security.

The Plus version starts at $30 per user on monthly billing and $24 per month with annual billing. The Premium version starts at $49 on monthly billing and $39 per month with annual billing.

Accelo’s Premium plan also has integrations with valuable tools for online payment, team communication, accounting, sales automation, and inbound marketing. These are PayPal, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Salesforce, Slack, and QuickBooks.

Accelo does not offer a free plan like its competitors such as ClickUp. This means new customers have to commit to a plan if they decide to use the software after a free trial.

Scoro is Accelo’s closest competitor. It is far more affordable than Accelo with its starting plan costing only $28 per user per month. Scoro also offers a free trial for 14 days. While Accelo is not cheap, small businesses might look for more affordable options. Asana is a great alternative since it costs only $10.99 per user per month for its starting plan and also offers a free plan users for a maximum of 5 users.

Accelo PSA Yearly Pricing Plans

Which Plan Is Right for You?

Accelo is a cloud-based task management and collaboration tool. If you are a solo user requiring basic task management along with tools that allow team collaboration then the Plus plan will be a considerable option. However, if you require resource management and custom rules and flows for your organization or even for your smaller team, then the Premium plan can be the right fit.

Having said that, it is essential to understand that the price difference in both the Accelo pricing plans is considerably high. However, if we look at the difference in what is being offered in this plan, there is not much of a difference.

As compared to its competitors, the overall price of Accello lies in the higher pricing range of project and task management tools.
