Two important competitors of ClickMeeting are TelSpan and Zoho Meeting. Both these competitors offer limited features compared to ClickMeeting, although they do offer some features that are not present on ClickMeeting. In comparison to ClickMeeting, TelSpan does not offer conferencing features of co-browsing, file transfer, and instant messaging.

In invitation module, TelSpan offers the sole feature of scheduling. Features of ad-hoc messaging and calendar are missing, both of which are available on ClickMeeting. TelSpan also does not offer security services of desktop sharing security control and user authentication.

Conferencing features of Zoho Meeting do not include annotation and drawing tools, application sharing, file transfer, co-browsing, and whiteboard. One Zoho Meeting feature of break-out sessions, on the other hand, is not offered by ClickMeeting. Invitation features of ClickMeeting and Zoho Meeting are similar.

Unlike ClickMeeting, there is no feature for surveys and polls on Zoho Meeting. It also does not offer any virtual storage capabilities. In the security features Zoho Meeting does not offer password protection. Remaining features on both solutions are quite similar.
