Evo~ERP vs. Alternatives in 2024

The main competitors for Evo ERP are Exact Macola and Plex Systems.

Exact Macola provides an ERP solution for manufacturing companies. Its main features include financial management, inventory & distribution as well as manufacturing management which includes materials requirement planning, shop floor control and production process management. Additionally there are workspaces for both employees & managers that can be customized for their job requirements. Exact Macola also includes workflow automation, document management and business activity monitoring which triggers business actions based on defined events.

In comparison Evo ERP addresses the same functional areas as Exact Macola and addresses the needs of SMB manufacturers. However it does not support all of the same features, but does also include a CRM module and integration with payroll for employee compensation. Additionally its manufacturing module is based on work order routing with both planning & scheduling features to optimize the production process.

Then there is Plex Systems which is a cloud based solution that addresses additional functionality in comparison to Evo ERP such as sales & purchase, customer management, supply chain as well as quality management. In addition it supports mobile device access of the product and supports integration with third party applications.

Evo ERP on the other hand is an on premise solution that does not support mobile device access. Additionally it is provided as a full featured product meaning that customers get all the modules on a license purchase unlike some of its competitors which are modular based.
