Prices and Plans Compared

InStream is an affordable sales CRM that offers four plans.

The Freelancer plan caters to 1 user and 500 contacts. It integrates with Chrome extension and Google Workspace. Calendar sync and Gmail sync are also included. This plan offers typical CRM features like personal lists, business lists, custom fields, data import, team collaboration, single sign-on integration, and legacy reports.

The Basic plan is designed for new users or individual business owners. It allows 2 users, 5,000 contacts, 4 personal lists, 4 business lists, and 5 custom fields. You can import 750 old emails and get 5GB of storage.

Next up is the Business plan, which is the most popular. You get all features included in the Basic plan. There are no maximum seats, 25,000 contacts, Google Calendar sync, social media integration, 2,500 email imports, and 10GB of data storage. Additional features include reports, full support, and an onboarding coach. This pricing plan is suitable for growing teams.

The Premium plan is suitable for an established business because it includes full customization options and unlimited contacts. It costs $49 per user per month and includes a range of features that make it appealing. It supports unlimited users, personal lists, business lists, custom fields, integrated mailboxes, and old emails. You get 30GB of data storage, Google Calendar sync, social media integration, and other features from the Business plan.

As you can see, InStream’s pricing caters to different team sizes. InStream also offers a free plan. It is free for 1 user and 1,00 contacts.

Pipedrive CRM is the closest competitor to InStream. It offers similar features at a marginally higher price of $14.90 per user per month. InStream provides a free trial and so does Pipedrive.

Which Plan Is Right for You?

Instream is a newer service, but it is a good option for small businesses. It is free for one user and 100 contacts, with unlimited social integrations, basic integrations, and lists. Its suggestion features offer in-app advice on how to continue working on a specific project. This is a useful feature for a new sales team.

As a result, Instream is ideal for small businesses. Furthermore, it is a very light CRM. This makes it a good choice for small businesses but more difficult to use for larger ones. The basic plan upgrade fee is $10 per user per month.

Our Veredict

The best feature of InStream is that its basic version is a free application, and its premium editions are incredibly affordable. The lengthy feature list, which elevates this CRM to the top of the market, is the next best thing.

You can get unlimited users, two mailboxes, simple reports, social media support, and a tonne of additional perks for $19 per month. Only $29 a month can be spent on their limitless business version. On the other side, you may always choose their free version if you only require a single account and fewer lists. It still has a lot more power than most platforms without the expense.
