Jarvis Legal Monthly Pricing Plans

Prices and Plans Compared

The JarvisOne plan offers features such as customer and contact management, time expense and outlay tracking, and document automation. The JarvisOne plan does not offer any document assembly and payment & time tracking features, which makes it a very basic plan. It suits users who do not need basic legal practice management software.

On the other hand, the Jarvis+ plan offers all of the features of the JarvisOne plan, including research & financial follow-up, billing, payment tracking, and email & agendas synchronization.

As compared to its competitors, JarvisLegal offers basic legal practice management features in both plans. Both the plans don’t offer any eSignature or client intake forms. However, its competitors such as Zolo Suite and myCase offer users legal practice management features that incorporate the complete process, instead of the basic features. Moreover, the cost of Zolo Suite and myCase basic plan is similar to that of JarvisLegal, still, the features are limited, and hence, it can be costly for the users.

Which Plan Is Right for You?

Overall, JarvisLegal has features that can assist organizations that are searching for only legal practice management software with no payment process. However, both of the plans don’t have an eSignature module, which is an essential feature for legal process management.

Although JarvisLegal does offer additional features, they need to be added as a separate module. These modules can only be added in the Jarvis+ plan and not the JarvisOne plan. The Jarvis plan is for organizations or lawyers whose requirements are just for legal practice management and customer and contact management.

Whereas the Jarvis+ plan is for organizations/users whose requirements are to manage their complete law practice process with email automation and payment tracking.

Our Veredict

JarvisLegal offers limited features for legal practice management as compared to its competitors. However, JarvisLegal has an unlimited free version for the users, therefore, the users can go through various features with ease and then make a final decision.

Client and contact management along with matter management are essential features of all plans of JarvisLegal. However, there are no client intake forms and law-specific legal forms for the users to choose from, hence, increasing the overall time of the users for manual actions.
