Prices and Plans Compared

The Free plan is limited to 3 users, 6 resources, 10 projects, and 300 tasks. The Free plan offers users all the features in the Essentials plan such as project & board views, alerts & insights, and availability management. The users can integrate their LiquidPlanner account with Slack as well. The Free and Essentials plan does not have timesheet reviews and access roles, which are essential for managing teams with different user roles.

The Professional plan lets users customize fields, and view timesheets, and member groups for collaboration and project management. The Professional plan allows a maximum of 500 projects, which is higher than that of the Essentials plan. This plan just like Free and the Essentials plan does not allow access roles.

The Ultimate plan lets users create different user roles and access controls. There is no limit on the number of projects, workspaces, and tasks. The Ultimate further lets you control the project access through project access controls.

Unlike EasyProject, LiquidPlanner has limitations when it comes to the overall number of projects, tasks, and workspaces. Nevertheless, LiquidPlanner does offer a free version for users. The users can have various project views and boards as needed. In addition, compared to project management tools like Airtable and Asana, LiquidPlanner does not offer any third-party integration. The users can only integrate LiquidPlanner with Jira.

Which Plan Is Right for You?

LiquidPlanner is a cloud-based project management tool that lets you manage different aspects of the project. If your organization has multiple projects then the Free plan might not be useful, because it only allows 10 projects. However, if you have a few projects with limited users, then the Free plan can be the right fit.

LiquidPlanner does have limitations, and that is it has 500 project limitations even on its Ultimate plan. The users cannot integrate it with third-party apps, which makes it unsuitable for teams who want to integrate their current task management or document management tool with a task or project management tool.

The competitors like Trello, Asana, and Basecamp do not limit the number of projects or tasks on each plan, which gives them a competitive edge over LiquidPlanner. Again, it depends on the requirements of the organization. Moreover, it is important to note that there are no guest or client users allowed on LiquidPlanner.
